The primary purpose of the job position is to coordinate the placement of caregivers to clients.

Responsibilities:
Create and post monthly staff schedules, track and post changes and approve changes Schedule care for all patients Post and fill open shifts as they occur Maintain timely records of call-offs, tardies and early arrivals and coordinate daily with HR to ensure attendance policies are administered promptly and fairly Coordinate with HR to schedule job candidate orientation Work with the Human Resources department to maintain current contact information on all staff and ensure all employees are complying with employment procedures related to attendance Assisting the team as needed Perform other duties as assigned Skills and
Qualifications:
