Program Analyst Position
Summary:
Develop plans, schedules and budgets to meet contractual requirements for a program or several portions of a very large program.
May assist with the negotiation and administration of agreements between the company/customers/subcontractors/vendors ensuring adherence to company policies and procedures.
Duties and
Responsibilities:
The Associate Program Analyst is responsible for performing tasks as directed which includes the following but is not limited to these tasks:
Develop plans, schedules and budgets to meet contractual requirements for a program or several portions of a very large program Establish complex program plans and conduct in-depth research to define program requirements Interface with all levels of the customer, vendors and internal departments to coordinate deliverables, budgets and schedules Assist in developing new methods for tracking and reporting program status statistics Make recommendations to management on changes as appropriate Assist with proposals efforts Support, communicate, reinforce and defend the mission, values and culture of the organization Secondary Accountabilities:
Work with Contract Lead to administer and monitor contract performance on government contracts Provide support for the negotiation and administration of agreements between the company/customers/subcontractors/vendors ensuring adherence to company policies and procedures Respond to standard inquiries regarding contract obligations and revisions Assist/support fulfillment of contract deliverables, billings and cash collections Assist in proposal preparation for customer requirements Prepare standard price proposals Participate in TINA implementation/sweeps under Contract Lead direction Monitor contract performance and cost controls and ensure compliance with contract terms Participate in management review of proposals/contracts and in the conduct of program reviews Basic
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree and related technical training with some related experience (or equivalent combination of education/training and experience) 2
years of relevant experience required Basic knowledge of government contract administration duties including subcontract flow downs, change management, inspection, acceptance, payment, warranty, close-out and records retention Knowledge and understanding of proper drafting, negotiation and use of contracts, subcontracts, POs teaming and other forms of agreements Basic understanding of contract/agreement briefings, negotiation and review Basic knowledge of monitoring contracts/subcontracts General computer proficiency and familiarity with Microsoft Office programs Excellent verbal and written communication skills Physical Requirements:
Lifting up to 20 lbs up to 25% of time Walking:
up to 25% of time Climbing, Bending, Standing, Stooping:
up to 10% of time Sitting:
up to 75% of time Travel:
up to 5% of time This position requires the ability to travel to various locations (up to 5% of time).
AAC works on a 9/80 compressed schedule whereby employees work 80 hours in 2 weeks with every other Friday off.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
