Coordinator I - Recruiter / Human Resources Job Location:
Lemont Furnace, PA (Uniontown area) Position
Summary:
Perform a variety of recruitment and routine activities supporting human resources department.
Assist in full-life cycle recruitment to include posting positions, applicant flow, resume reviews, creative sourcing, pre-screening candidates, interviewing and selection and candidate management Manage candidate experience so that candidates have a positive impression of the recruitment process including providing status updates, scheduling interviews, making travel arrangements, etc.
Maintain accurate records and reports on all phases of the recruitment process.
Conduct reference and background checks May schedule and/or conduct new employee on boarding processes May focus on high-volume, non-exempt hiring Gather, collect, record track and verify data and information from multiple sources Use MS Office to compile, review, analyze, and generate data, reports, statistics, timelines, tables, graphs, correspondence and presentations.
May design processes to enhance work flow.
May support other functions in an administrative capacity.
Provide information to others regarding policies, procedures, and benefits, etc.
Demonstrated understanding of HR job functions and administrative support role Support, communicate, reinforce and defend the mission, values and culture of the organization May take on assignments from various areas of Human Resources, such as recruiting, compensation, benefits, employee relations, training, etc.
Perform administrative or support tasks in functional area.
May update and maintain the HRIS systems.
Provide other general human resources assistance as needed within the department Basic
Qualifications:
Minimum requirements include a High School diploma or GED and demonstrated related work experience.
Bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration or related field with 1
years of experience in human resources highly preferred Demonstrated work experience recruiting and sourcing candidates.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
