Responsibilities:
- Perform routine maintenance and repairs on facility equipment and systems - Troubleshoot and diagnose issues with machinery and equipment - Conduct preventative maintenance to ensure optimal performance and longevity of equipment - Fabricate and weld components as needed - Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities using a CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System) - Read and interpret schematics, blueprints, and technical manuals - Collaborate with other team members to complete maintenance projects - Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a safe working environment
Experience:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in facilities maintenance or a related field - Proficient in reading and interpreting schematics, blueprints, and technical manuals - Experience working with CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System) - Strong mechanical aptitude with the ability to troubleshoot and diagnose issues - Knowledge of electrical systems, including wiring, motors, and logic controllers - Ability to fabricate and weld components as needed - Strong leadership skills with the ability to work independently or as part of a team We offer competitive pay based on experience, along with a comprehensive benefits package that includes medical, dental, vision, and retirement plans.
